Basketball Recap: Linn County Comes Up Short

Linn County lost against Novinger back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Linn County Mustangs took a blow against the Novinger Wildcats, falling 75-17. The Mustangs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Linn County's record now sits at 1-10. As for Novinger, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight games, which provided a massive bump to their 7-9 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Linn County has already played their next contest (against Brunswick), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Novinger will face off against Green City at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Green City is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 60 points per game this season.
