Baseball Recap: Old Bridge Takes a Loss

Old Bridge fought the good fight in their extra-innings contest against Edison on Saturday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 10-6 to the Eagles, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Knights' defeat continues a trend for the squad, making it three in a row.

Old Bridge's loss dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Edison, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

While Old Bridge had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
