Softball Preview: Bellevue Tigers vs. Calvary Christian Cougars
Bellevue hasn't had much luck against Calvary Christian recently, but that could start to change on Saturday. The Tigers will welcome the Cougars at 11:00 a.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this game.
On Friday, Bellevue didn't have quite enough to beat Dayton and fell 7-6. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Kylee Schehr was huge while hitting and pitching even without the win. She looked comfortable on the mound, tossing six innings while giving up just one earned (and six unearned) runs off five hits. Schehr was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with one run.

In other batting news, Olivia Hatch and Courtney McCarty stepped up to the plate in a big way.
