Volleyball Recap: Southeast Bulloch Picks Up Third Consecutive Victory

Southeast Bulloch entered their tilt with Long County on Thursday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Blue Tide. That's more bragging rights for the Yellow Jackets, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

It was an exciting match in which no team won back-to-back sets, but at the end of the day Southeast Bulloch got the one that really mattered. The final score came out to 25-21, 23-25, 15-10.

Allie Crabb paced Southeast Bulloch's offense, picking up four kills. Crabb really made an impact as she also led the team in assists with ten. Ellie Branch controlled things from the service line, finishing with eight aces.

Southeast Bulloch's win bumped their record up to 8-10. As for Long County, their defeat was their fifth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 11-11.

Looking ahead, Southeast Bulloch will square off against Vidalia at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Long County, they will host Bryan County at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
