Basketball Recap: Grundy Comes Up Short

On Saturday, the Grundy Golden Wave ended up a good deal behind the Union Bears and lost 56-38. The Golden Wave have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Grundy's loss dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Union, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Grundy will head out to face off against Lebanon at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Union, they are packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game this season. they will take on John Battle at 8:00 p.m. on Friday.
