Timpview's game on Tuesday was all tied up 27-27 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They came out on top against the Cedar Valley Aviators by a score of 62-52. The Thunderbirds haven't had any issues with the Aviators recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Defeat or not, Cedar Valley got some senior leadership from James Milligan and Ryan Haslam. Milligan went 6-for-12 to rack up 14 points and three steals, while Haslam went 6-for-13 en route to 18 points. Those 18 points gave Haslam a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Owen Bawden, who posted seven points and eight rebounds.

Timpview's victory bumped their record up to 16-4. As for Cedar Valley, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-13.

Timpview didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 55-50 loss against Orem on the 7th. As for Cedar Valley, they have also already played their next matchup, a 52-41 defeat against Wasatch on the 7th.
