Softball Recap: West Bend-Mallard Takes a Loss

West Bend-Mallard fell victim to East Sac County and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They lost 15-0 to the Raiders. The Wolverines haven't had much luck with the Raiders recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

West Bend-Mallard's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for East Sac County, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.

Coincidentally, West Bend-Mallard and East Sac County will both be playing Emmetsburg the next time they take the field. The Wolverines will host the E'Hawks at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Raiders will head out to face them at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
