Volleyball Recap: Stevenson Patriots vs. Fremd Vikings
It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Stevenson can now relate to. They fell 2-0 to the Fremd Vikings on Tuesday. The Patriots were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Vikings apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in September of 2021.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-20.
Ava Wysocki paced Stevenson's offense, picking up seven kills. Wysocki got some help from
Ryler Bondad and her 18 assists.
Abby Inman controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.
Stevenson's defeat dropped their record down to 22-16. As for Fremd, the win (which was their 18th in a row) raised their record to 32-6.
As of now, neither Stevenson nor Fremd have any future games scheduled.
