Basketball Recap: Morris County Tech Comes Up Short

Morris County Tech lost against Morris Catholic back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Morris County Tech Devils were dealt a 91-30 loss at the hands of the Morris Catholic Crusaders. While losing is never fun, the Devils can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New Jersey basketball rankings (they are ranked 95th, while the Crusaders are ranked first).

Morris County Tech's defeat dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Morris Catholic, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 18-0.

Looking ahead, Morris County Tech won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Northern Highlands at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday. As for Morris Catholic, they will challenge St. Rose at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Morris Catholic's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last three matchups.
