Baseball Recap: Venus Comes Up Short

Venus lost against Kennedale back in March of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Venus Bulldogs lost 23-2 to the Kennedale Wildcats. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Venus' defeat dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Kennedale, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-5.

Coming up, Venus will be taking part in a tournament against Rio Vista at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Kennedale, they will square off against Sanger at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
