Basketball Game Preview: Cocoa Beach Minutemen vs. Titusville Terriers + How To Watch

Cocoa Beach is 0-10 against Titusville since November of 2017 but things could change on Monday. The Minutemen will head out on the road to square off against the Terriers at 7:00 p.m. Cocoa Beach has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last four games.

On Saturday, Cocoa Beach needed a bit of extra time to put away Geneva. They walked away with a 65-57 victory over the Knights. While the Minutemen didn't have the best season last year (they finished 12-15), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Cocoa Beach found their leader in sophomore Taj Holland, who shot 50% from the field to rack up 31 points. Those 31 points set a new season-high mark for Holland. Tristan Louis was another key player, almost dropping a double-double with 13 points and nine rebounds.

Meanwhile, Titusville had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 17 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They came out on top against the Vipers by a score of 53-45.

Cocoa Beach's win bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Titusville, their victory bumped their record up to 3-1.

Cocoa Beach was taken down by Titusville 70-39 when the teams last played back in January. That contest was all but decided by halftime, at which point the Minutemen were down 41-20.
