Wayne Trace came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 12-2 to the Hicksville Aces. The Raiders' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Wayne Trace saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Raegan McGarvey, who went 2-for-4 with one double.

Wayne Trace's loss was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 8-6. As for Hicksville, their victory was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 8-3.

Coming up, Wayne Trace will be playing at home against Crestview at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
