Baseball Recap: Stevenson Sets Scoring Season-High Against Fort Vancouver

Stevenson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They lost 18-6 to the Fort Vancouver Trappers. On the bright side, the six- run performance marked the Bulldogs' highest-scoring match to date.

Colten Cameron made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored a run and stole three bases while going 1-for-2. The team also got some help courtesy of Jackson Whitecotton, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one triple and two RBI.

Stevenson's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Fort Vancouver, their victory ended a six-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 4-5.

While Stevenson had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
