Football Recap: Benton Comes Up Short

Benton lost against University Academy Charter/Kauffman back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Cardinals lost 28-6 to the Gryphons.

Benton's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for University Academy Charter/Kauffman, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Looking ahead, Benton will square off against Savannah at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Savages' defense has only allowed six points per game this season, so the Cardinals' offense will have their work cut out for them. University Academy Charter/Kauffman does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
