Basketball Recap: Hamilton Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

After losing to Hillcrest the last time they met, Hamilton decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Wildcats came out on top in a nail-biter against the Vikings on Tuesday, sneaking past 77-74. That's two games straight that the Wildcats have won by exactly three points.

Hamilton's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Jarvis Moering led the charge by putting up 24 points. Dante Williams was another key player, posting 18 points.

The win was the third in a row for Hamilton, bringing their record up to 5-7. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.3 points over those games. As for Hillcrest, their loss ended a 15-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 12-2.
