Basketball Recap: Chaney Cowboys vs. Cardinal Mooney Cardinals
Chaney has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They were three points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 47-44 heartbreaker at the hands of the Cardinal Mooney Cardinals. Despite the defeat, Chaney saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Alyssa Brown dropped a double-double on 17 points and 11 boards. Brown has been hot recently, having also posted two or more steals the last three times she's played.
