The biggest upset of the week belonged to West Valley, who took down 77th ranked Ephrata, 17-14.

Ellensburg was the team that gained the most ground in the standings this week, jumping from fifth to third in 2A Central Washington. The Bulldogs vanquished Toppenish 55-0 earlier in the week.

Grandview's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Derek Swearingen threw for 189 and five touchdowns and Herman Herrera had 109 yards receiving. On the ground Jose Castilleja chipped in 387 yards. Lorenzo Sanchez helped Grandview's passing attack out by catching four balls for 35 yards.

Grandview's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Greyhounds feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Swearingen has thrown for 493 yards and seven touchdowns this season, while Herrera has 17 catches for 339 yards. Castilleja leads the league in rushing with 1232 yards.

In 197 carries Domingo Luna has accumulated 965 yard this year.

Othello extended the longest winning streak in the league this week by beating East Valley, 35-0. The victory was the 10th in a row for the Huskies.
