While Camden put up plenty of runs on Thursday, the same can't be said for Richland Northeast. The Bulldogs put the hurt on the Cavaliers with a sharp 17-0 victory. The Bulldogs might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six matches by six runs or more this season.

Maddie Stokes made a splash no matter where she played. She pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't given up more than two walks in ten consecutive appearances. She was also stellar in the batter's box, getting on base in all three of her plate appearances with one home run and three RBI.

In other batting news, Camden got a massive performance out of KK Washington, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one home run, two runs, and two RBI. That home run was Washington's first of the season. Another player making a difference was Audri Phillips, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one home run and two RBI.

Camden lost a few balls and finished the game with three home runs. That's the most home runs they've posted since back in March of 2024.

The win made it two in a row for Camden and bumps their season record up to 9-10. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 1 runs in those games. As for Richland Northeast, they dropped their record down to 3-14 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.
