Soccer Recap: Palo Verde Has No Trouble Against Catalina

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Thatcher, Palo Verde was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They blew past the Catalina Trojans 4-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 5-1 back in December of 2024.

With the win, Palo Verde broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 4-8. As for Catalina, they dropped their record down to 0-12 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight on the road.

Palo Verde didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 7-1 loss against Safford on the 31st. Catalina does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
