Soccer Recap: St. John Bosco Takes a Loss

St. John Bosco was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Mater Dei Monarchs. That's two games in a row now that the Braves have lost by exactly three goals.

St. John Bosco's loss dropped their record down to 3-8-6. As for Mater Dei, their victory was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. St. John Bosco will square off against JSerra Catholic at 3:15 p.m. on Friday. JSerra Catholic will roll in looking for their eighth straight win, something St. John Bosco surely won't give up without a fight. As for Mater Dei, they will take on Orange Lutheran at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Mater Dei is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 4 goals per game this season.
