Basketball Recap: Trotwood-Madison Find Success

Trotwood-Madison fell on hard times earlier this season, but after back-to-back victories it seems like their luck might finally be changing. They slipped by the Benjamin Logan Raiders 49-48 on Monday. For the Rams, this counts as revenge for the 37-29 win the Raiders walked away with the last time they faced one another back in January of 2024.

Trotwood-Madison's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Mariah Thompson, who posted 16 points and five rebounds. Another player making a difference was Br?Ia Maddox, who had six points and nine boards.

Trotwood-Madison smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 21 offensive boards. That's the most offensive rebounds they've posted since back in February of 2024.

Trotwood-Madison's record now sits at 5-13. As for Benjamin Logan, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 4-17.
