Soccer Recap: Gladbrook-Reinbeck Comes Up Short

Gladbrook-Reinbeck was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost 5-1 to the Union Knights.

Gladbrook-Reinbeck's defeat dropped their record down to 4-12-3. As for Union, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 8-8-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Gladbrook-Reinbeck will host Benton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Union, they will be playing at home against Aplington-Parkersburg at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
