Volleyball Recap: Golden Sierra Comes Up Short

Golden Sierra was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Westlake Charter Explorers.

Golden Sierra's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Westlake Charter, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Golden Sierra will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Vacaville Christian at 6:00 p.m. on September 10. As for Westlake Charter, they will square off against Forest Lake Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
