Baseball Recap: Lyman Triumphs

The Lyman Greyhounds had just enough and edged out the Leesburg Yellow Jackets 6-5 on Monday.

Yadiel Ruiz Espada was excellent, going 3-for-4 with one run, one double, and one RBI. That's the most hits he has posted since back in February.

Lyman's victory bumped their record up to 7-13. As for Leesburg, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-11.

Lyman has already played their next contest, a 4-2 loss against Seminole on the 31st. As for Leesburg, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 15-0 defeat against Lake Minneola on the 31st.
