Volleyball Recap: Victory Prep Academy Takes a Loss

If Victory Prep Academy was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Beth Eden Baptist on October 3rd, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Knights lost 3-0 to the Denver Waldorf Spartans on Tuesday. The loss continues a trend for the Knights in their meetings with the Spartans: they've now lost five in a row.

The final score came out to 25-9, 25-17, 25-16.

Victory Prep Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Denver Waldorf, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 10-8.

Victory Prep Academy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Denver Jewish Day on the 22nd. As for Denver Waldorf, they will challenge Mile High Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
