Dover is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They never let Western Brown get on the board and left with a 7-0 victory. The Crimson Tornadoes might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 12 games by six runs or more this season.

Meanwhile, Springfield faced Boardman in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Blue Devils had just enough and edged out the Spartans 3-1.

Springfield's win bumped their record up to 23-9. As for Dover, their victory bumped their record up to 27-3.
