Basketball Recap: Elkton Takes a Loss

Elkton lost against Powers back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Elkton Elks were dealt a 53-22 defeat at the hands of the Powers Cruisers.

Elkton's loss dropped their record down to 6-13. As for Powers, they now have a winning record of 11-10.

While Elkton had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
