4A District 6 recap Nov. 7, 2012
Russell County extended the longest winning streak in 4A District 6 this week by beating Marion County, 52-0. This was the team's 11th consecutive win.
Russell County took down the Knights 52-0 last week, the largest margin of any game.
Knox Central's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Panthers feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Devon Evans has thrown for 161 yards and two touchdowns this season, while Matthew Barger has three catches for 93 yards. Jonathan Gist leads the league in rushing with 153 yards.
Bill Sharp's team led the league in scoring this week after putting up 52 points on Marion County.
