Basketball Recap: Cavalier Takes a Loss

Cavalier was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost to the Park River/Fordville-Lankin Aggies on the road by a 58-39 margin. The Tornadoes were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Aggies apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in February of 2024.

Cavalier's defeat dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Park River/Fordville-Lankin, the win got them back to even at 4-4.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing North Star co-op [Cando/Bisbee-Egeland/Munich/Starkweather] the next time they take the court. Cavalier will host North Star co-op [Cando/Bisbee-Egeland/Munich/Starkweather] at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, while Park River/Fordville-Lankin will head out to face them at 7:30 p.m. on January 21st.
