Softball Recap: Keene Takes a Loss

Keene was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They fell 7-3 to the Concord Crimson Tide. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Blackbirds of the 4-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in May of 2024.

Keene's defeat dropped their record down to 6-11. As for Concord, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 9-9.

While Keene had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
