Milton posted their closest win since February 22, 2024 on Monday. They had just enough and edged the Edgerton Crimson Tide out 54-52. That's more bragging rights for the Red Hawks, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Milton's victory bumped their record up to 8-6. As for Edgerton, they moved to 9-3 with that defeat, which also ended their four-game winning streak.

Milton will host Mount Horeb at 12:40 p.m. on Saturday. Mount Horeb will roll in looking for their 13th straight win, something Milton surely won't give up without a fight. Edgerton has already played their next match (against Whitewater), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
