Basketball Recap: Noah Pruitt Leads a Balanced Attack to Beat Stonebridge

There's no place like home for Broadwater Academy, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Monday. They managed a 59-54 victory over the StoneBridge Cavaliers on Friday. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Vikings considering their 22-point performance the matchup before.

Broadwater Academy got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Noah Pruitt out in front who posted 28 points. The dominant performance gave Pruitt a new career-high in points. Another player making a difference was Grayson Ross, who had 15 points.

Broadwater Academy now has a winning record of 2-1. As for StoneBridge, their loss dropped their record down to 1-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Broadwater Academy will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Gateway Christian at 6:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
