Volleyball Game Preview: Elba Bluejays vs. Grand Island Lutheran Lightning

Elba is 1-9 against Grand Island Lutheran since September of 2023 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Saturday. The Bluejays will venture away from home to take on the Lightning at 12:00 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

Elba is headed into the matchup having just suffered their biggest loss since October 28, 2024 on Thursday. They lost 3-0 to Riverside.

Meanwhile, Grand Island Lutheran came up short against Archangels Catholic on Thursday and fell 3-1.

Elba's defeat dropped their record down to 12-14. As for Grand Island Lutheran, their loss dropped their record down to 18-7.
