Basketball Game Preview: Dulaney Lions vs. Western Tech & Environmental Science Wolverines

The Dulaney Lions will take on the Western Tech & Environmental Science Wolverines at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Dulaney is probably headed into the match with a chip on their shoulder considering New Hope Academy National just ended the team's seven-game winning streak on Saturday. They lost 76-52 to the Tigers. The contest marked the Lions' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Meanwhile, Western Tech & Environmental Science was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Friday as they fell 59-53 to Green Street Academy. The Wolverines have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Western Tech & Environmental Science's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Dulaney, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 7-1.

Dulaney didn't have too much breathing room in their match against Western Tech & Environmental Science when the teams last played back in December of 2023, but they still walked away with a 43-38 win.
