Basketball Recap: Long Trail Extends Winning Streak to 12

Long Trail entered their tilt with Twin Valley on Saturday with 11 consecutive wins , and they'll enter their next game with 12. They put the hurt on the Twin Valley Wildcats with a sharp 47-26 victory. Long Trail has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven games by 21 points or more this season.

Long Trail pushed their record up to 16-3 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 24.8 points over those games.
