Basketball Game Preview: Campbell vs. Conant Orioles

Campbell and Conant are an even 5-5 against one another since February of 2019, but not for long. Campbell will be playing at home against the Conant Orioles at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Campbell will be strutting in after a victory while Conant will be coming in after a defeat.

Campbell is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of New Hampshire's top teams: St. Thomas Aquinas, who was ranked 24th at the time (Campbell was ranked tenth). Campbell came out on top against St. Thomas Aquinas by a score of 64-52 on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, Conant was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 58-49 to Hopkinton.

Campbell's win bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Conant, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-5.

Campbell couldn't quite finish off Conant when the teams last played back in February of 2024 and fell 40-38. Can Campbell avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
