Basketball Recap: Brindlee Mountain Piles Up the Points Against Woodville + How To Watch

There's no place like home for Brindlee Mountain, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the Woodville Panthers 54-27. The Lions' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Brindlee Mountain's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Zoey Persle, who went 6-for-12 en route to 15 points. Persle continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Devon Murray, who posted nine points and five steals.

Brindlee Mountain smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 13 offensive rebounds. That's the most offensive boards they've posted since back in December of 2024.

The victory got Brindlee Mountain back to even at 2-2. As for Woodville, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.
