Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lovelady). They put the hurt on the Centerville Tigers with a sharp 18-0 victory on Wednesday. The Lions haven't had any issues with the Tigers recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Lovelady pushed their record up to 5-1 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 10 runs. As for Centerville, they are on a nine-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Coming up, a feisty cat fight will be fought as Lovelady Lions challenge Normangee Panthers at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Centerville, they will face off against Leon at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
