Basketball Recap: Augusta Sets Scoring Season-High Against Robertson County

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Augusta). They blew past the Robertson County Black Devils 85-45 on Thursday. The Panthers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven games by 21 points or more this season.

Augusta's win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-3. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 75.6 points per game. As for Robertson County, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-9.

Augusta didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 51-49 victory against Bracken County on the 25th. Robertson County has also already played their next contest, a 75-29 loss against Nicholas County on the 24th.
