It was a good run, but Lakeshore unfortunately witnessed the end of their eight-game winning streak on Wednesday. They fell 66-53 to the Mandeville Skippers. Lakeshore was probably out for revenge after losing 65-39 to them when the teams met back in January of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Lakeshore's loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 20-8. As for Mandeville, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 18-15 record this season.

Lakeshore will take on Franklinton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Mandeville, they and Glen Oaks will face off at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday without much rest having both just played. Mandeville is facing Glen Oaks at the right time seeing as Glen Oaks is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
