St. Louis Catholic won the last time they faced DeRidder and things went their way on Monday too. The Saints put the hurt on the Dragons with a sharp 10-3 victory. The Saints might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six games by seven runs or more this season.
Mattie Fullington spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned (and one unearned) runs on six hits and racked up 14 Ks. She has been consistent : she hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive appearances.
