Basketball Recap: Fountain Lake Takes a Loss

After soaring to 57 points the game before, Fountain Lake was a bit more limited in their match on Friday. They were dealt a 64-29 loss at the hands of the Mills University Studies Comets. The game marked the Cobras' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Fountain Lake is on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 15-7. As for Mills University Studies, the victory was the 16th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 22-1.

Fountain Lake and Mills University Studies should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Arkansas Rankings. Fountain Lake (ranked 58th) will meet Malvern (ranked 229th) at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Mills University Studies will face off against Hall at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday up 22 places (3 vs. 25).
