Baseball Recap: North Fork Takes a Loss

Tuesday just wasn't the day for North Fork's offense. They came up short against the Gunnison Cowboys on Tuesday, falling 10-0. The Miners were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Cowboys apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in May of 2024.

North Fork saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Joe Hollembeak, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base.

North Fork's defeat dropped their record down to 10-9. As for Gunnison, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 13-10.

As of now, neither North Fork nor the Cowboys have any future games scheduled.
