Softball Recap: Notre Dame Takes a Loss

Notre Dame fell victim to Boyd-Buchanan and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They lost 17-0 to the Buccaneers. The Fighting Irish just can't catch a break and have now endured 12 losses in a row.

Notre Dame's defeat dropped their record down to 2-13. As for Boyd-Buchanan, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 9-7 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Notre Dame is set to challenge their familiar foe Silverdale Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Boyd-Buchanan will face off against rival Grace Baptist Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
