Basketball Recap: Palisades Park Victorious

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Emerson, Palisades Park was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They skirted past the Ridgefield Memorial Royals 29-26. The Tigers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Royals, too.

Palisades Park's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Ridgefield Memorial, they are on an eight-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Palisades Park and Dover will round out the year against one another at at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday. Palisades Park is facing Dover at the right time seeing as Dover is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Ridgefield Memorial, they will square off against Lodi at 12:00 p.m. on Friday.
