Soccer Recap: Roeper Comes Up Short

Roeper was the 2-0 winner over Southfield Christian when they last played one another back in April of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Roughriders fell just short of the Eagles by a score of 2-1 on Thursday. Roeper have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Roeper's loss dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Southfield Christian, the win keeps they at an undefeated 4-0.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Roeper is set to challenge their familiar foe Inter-City Baptist at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Southfield Christian will take on rival Lutheran Northwest at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
