Volleyball Recap: Clearfield Comes Up Short

Clearfield lost against Huntingdon back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Bison fell just short of the Bearcats by a score of 3-2.

Clearfield was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Huntingdon work for it, especially in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 27-25, 22-25, 19-25, 25-22, 15-7.

Clearfield's defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 4-1 and their overall record down to 4-2. As for Huntingdon, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-4.

Looking ahead, Clearfield will face off against Central at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Huntingdon, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Mount Union at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
