Soccer Recap: Elbert County Starts Season with Win Against Jefferson County

Elbert County gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Tuesday. They blew past the Jefferson County Warriors 9-0. It was an even better day for Victoria Medellin as she scored three goals for her team.

Elbert County will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against White County at 5:30 p.m. on February 21st. As for Jefferson County, they will head out to face off against Greene County at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
