Volleyball Recap: Prairie Heights Panthers vs. West Noble Chargers
Prairie Heights was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the West Noble Chargers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Panthers of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.
The final score came out to 25-9, 25-18, 25-14.
Addison Wells paced Prairie Heights' offense, picking up five kills. Wells got some help from Bailey DeLancey and her ten assists.
Leading West Noble to victory were Addyson Burns and Darcy Ritchie. Burns had 15 digs and two aces, while Ritchie had five digs and four assists. That's the most assists Ritchie has posted since back in September.
Prairie Heights' loss dropped their record down to 5-20. As for West Noble, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 18 of their last 19 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 24-2 record this season.
Prairie Heights wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Westview on the 11th. As for West Noble, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Central Noble on the 11th.
