Softball Recap: Cascade Takes a Loss

After flying high against Waterville on Thursday, Cascade came back down to earth. The Kodiaks came up short against the Lake Roosevelt Raiders on Saturday, falling 15-5. The defeat continues a trend for the Kodiaks in their meetings with the Raiders: they've now lost three in a row.

Cascade's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Lake Roosevelt, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-2.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Cascade beat the Raiders by a score of 27-7 later that day.
